Serena is a beautiful young girl with a fun-loving attitude.  Calm and composed in the show ring, she’s a wild-child at home.  Serena resides with Julie Evans, who also owns “Spirit”.

Serena started her show career in November 2009 with a major reserve win from the 6-9 class under Lourdes Carvajal.  She then enjoyed the winter holidays at home and resumed her show career in January 2010 at Puyallup  The following weekend at the large Portland Expo center shows, she picked up another major win, this time under Eric Ringle.  She was handled to these wins by her friend Kim Broenneke of Bricarlo Great Danes.  She quickly earned the balance of her minor points and completed her AKC Championship at the Timberland Kennel Club on April 10, 2010 with a bang—a major win, again from the 6-9 class.

Next year Serena looks forward to a specials career.  For now, she will simply enjoy terrorizing the cats, bugging Spirit and helping “landscape” the yard.
